Full Job Description
Our Business Intelligence Developer is an exciting new role at Community Gateway. Your role is key in supporting the development and implementation of our Data Strategy and supporting our Head of Data in transforming CGA into a data-driven organisation with a culture where data is used to enhance customer service and drive continuous improvement. Your role will be involved in the creation of insightful dashboards, supporting data literacy programs, data analytics, and assisting in data migration for key systems. You will produce regular and bespoke management information, reports and analysis to the organisation. We are proud to be a community based organisation, and as such this role is primarily office based with some flexibility to meet business and personal needs. Applicants should live within a commutable distance to the office.
- You will have experience of working in a similar role, with experience of data migration, validation, analysis and reporting of data.
- You will have experience of producing reports at operational and senior levels and can tailor your communications to your audience.
- Experience of using database programming languages (such as SQL) and relational databases to develop and maintain business and management reports
- You are a great team player and able to positively influence others. It would be great if you also had:
- Experience of working in the social housing sector.
- Power BI experience.
- Experience of using database program languages and relational databases to develop and maintain reports.
