Full Job Description
- Develop, collate and Maintain Reporting: Create and manage robust, accurate, and timely reporting tools to monitor tyre trading performance.
- Analyse Trading Performance: Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of concern, providing actionable insights to enhance performance.
- Support Strategic Decision-Making: Deliver clear, data-driven recommendations to leadership and functional heads, enabling informed decision-making.
- Monitor Market Trends: Analyse competitor activity and market trends to inform trading decisions and highlight potential risks or opportunities.
- Ensure Data Integrity: Oversee the accuracy and reliability of data sources, ensuring high-quality inputs for analysis and reporting.
- Deliver Reporting Actions: Attend weekly Tyre Squad meetings, take ownership of data and reporting-related actions, and provide the team with accurate, clear, and easy-to-understand reports and data visualisations.
Strong Analytical Skills: Proven ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights. - Business Intelligence Expertise: Experience using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) to create reports and dashboards.
- Commercial Awareness: Understanding of trading performance metrics and their impact on business outcomes.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including senior stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in reporting and ensuring data integrity.
- Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in using Excel for data analysis, modelling, and visualisation.
- Communication Skills: Ability to present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in Retail or Automotive Sector is highly desirable
