Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Manager to join the team at HMP Lancaster Farms, a Category C male resettlement prison located on the outskirts of Lancaster This is a fantastic, brand new opportunity to work closely with both the Admin function, as well as the Head of Healthcare, managing the site's performance and compliance, with a strong focus on all things data! This role offers excellent career development opportunities, with lots of support! Hours: This is a part time role, working 30 hours per week. Shifts are between Monday and Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 / 09:00 - 17:00 - we can be flexible on the days worked and shift times, but you must be able to work on Mondays., As our new Business Admin Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with the Head of Healthcare, you will be responsible for data and reporting for the healthcare team, using SystmOne and Excel
  • Being responsible for all data and reporting, including creating reports and investigate data anomalies
  • Having line management responsibility
  • Support with the recruitment and HR processes
  • Work with the clinical team to improve the overall service

  • Experience of working with large amounts of data, including collection and reporting
  • Excellent excel skills
  • Have an extensive admin background, ideally within healthcare
  • Experience of using SystmOne would be a bonus, as would any experience within a healthcare setting
  • Knowledge of QOF (Quality and Outcomes Framework) and healthcare performance would be beneficial

    This position is part time, you'll receive an annual salary of £37,663 per annum (pro rata).
