Are you a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business management and operations? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Manager to join our Adult Directorate in leading the East Locality administration function. You will work within the performance, Governance and Administration function of the Adult Directorate and will be involved in managing administration functions across planned and unplanned care. This role is Your responsibilities will include strategic planning, performance oversight, and process improvements to ensure our Trust functions at optimal efficiency and delivers the best possible care for our patients. As the role covers a large patch, there will be requirements to travel to and from various bases regularly. This is a varied role which covers all aspects of planning, HR, Staff well-being and finances to name but a few. We are looking to recruit to full time, but would consider anywhere between 30 and 37.5 hours for the right candidate., Th role will include providing leadership for Business Administration Co-ordinators that encourages a partnership approach to the administration support provided to clinical teams. Developing standard operating procedures and service standards for Adult Team administration. Designing and implementing a peer support, meeting and training framework that ensures staff are equipped to meet the agreed standards. Ensuringthat adequate staffing, equipment and accommodation are in place to enable admin teams to meet the agreed standards. Supporting the implementation of consistent team level performance reporting into team and locality meetings and encouraging connectivity with the HQ Admin Team that supports Senior Managers, Working with colleagues, the post-holder will work alongside transformation projects, service and team managers to ensure administrators are integrated into clinical teams as valuable team members in delivering good quality care and treatment, ensuring that consistent processes and standards are in place to allow high quality service provision and effective governance. The post-holder will also be involved in work to develop an administration framework across all core services that supports CPD and career progression for our administration staff.

- Business or professional qualification to degree level or equivalent knowledge and experience.
- For example: Managerial knowledge, project monitoring, supervisory, workload management, acquired through a degree, or equivalent training and substantial experience
- NVQ4 in administration or equivalent level administrative knowledge and experience
- GCSE English or equivalent
- Evidence of continuing professional and personal development, Project Management qualification, PRINCE 2 or equivalent
