Full Job Description

Working collaboratively with the Chief nurse and the Nursing and system Workforce senior leadership team, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive business management and executive support service to the Chief Nursing Officer and the Nursing and system workforce division of NHS Kent & Medway Integrated Care Board (ICB)., + Managing the Office of the Chief Nurse, to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently at all times.
+ Working closely with the Chief Nurse keeping them informed of relevant issues, commitments, and responsibilities, prioritising, and following up as appropriate.
+ Provide business management support to the Chief Nurse on ad hoc projects including a high level of project management oversight and coordination in line with the ICB's priorities.
+ Establish effective relationships with key partner organisations, Governing Body members and other key stakeholders, liaising with them on behalf of the Chief Nurse.
