Full Job Description

This role will work as part of a team to support day to day activity within the workforce planning and delivery area in Product and Platforms. This is part of the Digital sub-directorate of the Transformation directorate of NHS England. The Team has overall responsibility for workforce planning, resourcing, recruitment and workforce data for Products and Platforms., The Business and Operational Delivery Administrator will have responsibility for the following: Manage the administrative requirements of the team, including travel bookings. Support the management of the mailboxes. Plan and co-ordinate diaries and meetings and all associated activities including distributing papers, booking rooms. Prepare agendas, take minutes, track and follow up on actions and distribute meeting papers. Support the management of incoming queries and ensuring responses are given within reasonable timeframes., NHS England hold a Sponsor Licence; this means that we may be able to sponsor you providing the Home Office requirements are met. To be eligible for sponsorship through the Skilled Worker route you'll usually need to be paid the 'standard' salary rate of at least £38,700 per year, or the 'going rate' for your job, whichever is higher.
