Full Job Description

This role is for you as an entry point into creative agency world and you'll be interested in learning more around marketing, sales, design and business operations. This role will be the gel between our key teams and no two days will be the same.

Specifically, this role ensures smooth operations by crushing administration tasks within the areas of finance, marketing and sales.,

  • Support role for sales and marketing: This role plays a key part in helping tasks get done once prospective clients have highlighted they'd like to work with Tone. This may involve mucking in with marketing tasks, booking calls and following up on sales CRM tasks and helping with our marketing efforts on LinkedIn.

  • Finance and contracts support: Often we'll need to provide business details for supplier onboarding, Statement of Work docs, Purchase orders and invoices setup.

  • Supporting role for directors and senior team members: You'll play an important part in helping our senior team and Board of directors get more done. This could be everything from booking meetings, note taking, monitoring inboxes, preparing sales decks and arranging follow-ups.

  • Team admin: You'll help with arranging All-team sessions, company outings, birthday gifts, business trips, team surveys and more.

  • Client admin: Where required you'll support the Senior Project managers while they pull together proposals, onboarding decks. This will involve some minor creative work (with training) venturing into Figma.

  • Basic reporting: You'll review our key KPI dashboards and spot any trends, pulling together custom reports as needed from our core systems for team productivity, sales and more.

  • People Manager support: You'll keep a schedule of key events for managers such as 6 and 12 months review stages, start dates and other key information.

    Your attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment will be essential in contributing to Tone's success, you'll already have experience either in business admin roles or as an junior exec in a marketing or sales team., Our processes are fairly well documented so full training will be provided, previous agency experience not required we just need good energy and great written and verbal skills., Administrative: 1 year (preferred)

    Tone Agency is a design agency; we produce digital content such as motion graphics, microsites, dynamic tools, games, and infographics all designed to maximise digital campaigns. We focus on bottom-line impact, and our work aims to generate attention through visits, likes, leads, links or exposure.

    Important: You must drive and be within a 45 minute commute of BB12 as the role is hybrid on a 2-3 day per week rotating schedule., 1. The last time you picked up a new skill. What was it (can be ballet, badminton, business or boules) and why did you decide to learn it?

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
