Full Job Description

Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency. Provides business practices and processes. Drives policies and procedures that monitor and support the organization's operational and financial business objectives. Provides analysis and advice to management in the areas of operations, resource management, finance, revenue accounting, pricing, and/or contracts. May also be responsible for administration, knowledge management, and/or communications.

Identify and prioritize opportunities for business growth and operational improvement.

Drive the implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance business performance.

Process Optimization:

Evaluate and optimize operational processes across departments to improve efficiency and productivity.

Identify areas for process improvement, automation, and standardization.

Streamline workflows and remove bottlenecks to enhance operational effectiveness.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure operational and business performance.

Monitor and analyze performance data, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.

Prepare and present regular reports on business operations to executive leadership.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with executive leadership and department heads to align business operations with strategic goals.

Foster strong relationships and effective communication across departments.

Provide guidance and support to teams, promoting a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.

Resource Allocation and Budgeting:

Optimize resource allocation to ensure efficient use of company resources.

Develop and manage budgets, monitoring expenses and financial performance.

Identify resource gaps or constraints and propose solutions to meet operational needs.

Risk Management:

Identify operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Implement and maintain effective risk management processes and procedures.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Team Leadership and Development:

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing business operations team.

Set clear expectations, provide feedback, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Recruit, onboard, and train new team members as needed.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in business operations, with a proven track record of success.

  • Strong understanding of business processes, project management, and operational efficiency.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Demonstrated experience in driving process optimization and business improvement initiatives.

  • Exceptional leadership abilities, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

  • Proven ability to manage budgets and financial performance.

  • Experience in ICT industry or sector is a plus.
