Utilise BI tools such as Power BI to support business leaders in monitoring real-time performance.
Develop and maintain user-friendly dashboards for key client reporting and business analysis.
Build custom tools and models that support strategic initiatives and provide insights into digital retail and fast service solutions.
Perform benefit and impact analyses for project reviews and investment assessments.
Use AI and predictive modelling to forecast business outcomes and drive decision-making.
Collaborate with business development teams, providing robust modelling tools for growth strategies.

This role will be ideal for someone with proven experience in systems management, data analysis, and project management, paired with high-level expertise in analytics tools like Power BI, Microsoft CoPilot, and advanced Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships effectively. Familiarity with retail systems, EPoS, digital systems, and hospitality tools such as Priava, Salesforce, and Secutix is highly valued, as is experience with AI/predictive tools and supply chain analytics. The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to bring data sets from multiple sources into consolidated BI solutions. Excellent communication skills and a good grasp of Microsoft Office products are also important., Proven experience in systems management, data analysis, and project management.
High level of qualifications with relation to the use of analytics tools including Power BI, Microsoft CoPilot and expert Excel skills
Good skills with relation to general Microsoft Office products
Experience with AI/predictive tools development and deployment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships effectively.
Good knowledge of retail systems, EPoS and digital systems
Familiarity with labour scheduling and management tools
Familiarity with hospitality/venue sales tools such as Priava, Salesforce, and Secutix
Familiarity with supply chain analytics
