Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) drives tangible, impactful and financial results for Visa clients. Drawing on our expertise in strategy & management consulting, data science & analytics, marketing, operations and technology, VCA solves strategic problems and sees opportunities for Visa's issuers, acquirers and merchants. We are looking for an Operations Analyst to become a key member of the Business Performance and Operations (BPO) team, assisting with the smooth running of the processes and operations in VCA. You will advise the consulting team across Europe on VCA practices and company policies, analyse data to generate insightful performance reports, and enhance existing processes through innovative solutions and automation. We are really excited to see how you could contribute to our growth! What is expected of you, day to day. Working closely with the BPO team, the Operations Analyst responsibilities will include:

  • Manage and enhance existing operational processes and assist with the implementation of new initiatives, leveraging automation tools to increase efficiency
  • Drive the development, alignment and maintenance of guides and processes documentation
  • Support the governance and controls frameworks of the internal processes in VCA
  • Develop and analyse reports and dashboards to accurately report consulting pipeline and overall performance of the business
  • Oversee internal platforms and tools and ensure they are fit-for-purpose, supporting with enhancements rollouts and updating content and materials
  • Monitor KPIs and analyse trends to ensure data integrity and high operational excellence, enabling management to make data-driven decisions
  • Coordinate with global and cross functional teams to ensure timely completion of agreed milestones and enhancements
  • Support with timely, purposeful communications to market teams on operating procedures and new process developments
  • This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skill, including an ability to drive insight from large data sets
  • Knowledge of automation and integration tools (e.g., Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate or similar) is preferred
  • Self-motivated, results oriented and with the ability to handle a high volume of tasks concurrently
  • Highly organised individual with strong attention to detail
  • You have a proven ability to thrive in high pressure situations with concurrent priorities and a fast-paced environment
