Full Job Description

Bring your experience in business performance tracking and support our Consumer and Shopper Engagement (CSE) team through strategic data analysis and insights!,

  • Work with internal cross-functional partners as well as Product teams to develop and implement performance monitoring frameworks to track key performance metrics

  • Through collaborative relationships with relevant cross-functional teams, understand business needs and deliver data solutions

  • Promote a data-driven value metric culture

  • Develop a reporting framework that regularly translates key business performance data sets into easy to digest and actionable performance storytelling for senior partners

  • Conduct in-depth analyses and provide actionable insights and opportunities for improvement

  • Support a continuous improvement approach through assisting the Resource Planning team as well as teams across CSE in data led evaluation of decisions and processes

  • Assist with the prioritization of projects and continuous improvement initiatives through the provision of data driven impact analysis and appropriate value metrics

  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies whilst identifying risks related to data quality and integrity

  • Focus on self-development, partner feedback and shared learning to explore company and industry best practice ensuring efficient use of the latest analytics tools and technologies available

    Resource Planning assists CSE by helping ensure we have the right number of employees with the right skills at the right time to support the delivery of amazing consumer engagement whilst supporting the department aims to be the employer of choice.

    This role supports CSE operating performance through strategic data analysis and insights. This role involves handling the collection, analysis, and easily digestible reporting of business performance data to support decision-making and enhance operational efficiency. You will collaborate with various departments to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) & value metrics, develop performance dashboards, and provide actionable insights.

  • Proven experience in business performance management, analytics, or similar role

  • Strong data management abilities

  • Strong knowledge of performance measurement frameworks, KPIs, and business metrics

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical partners

  • Knowledge of relevant data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)

  • This role is based in our awesome office in Slough and would require you to be in the office 3 days per week
