Full Job Description
A great opportunity has become available to join our Corporate Business Development team as Business Process Innovation and Integration Specialist. In this role you will be identifying, optimizing, and implementing process and productivity improvements across all functions and divisions. You will work as part of our Business Process Innovation and Integration team and will be implementing the vision and strategy to deliver an increasingly higher level of organizational execution and effortless customer experience. You will drive standardization of process and systems across all divisions and manage multiple stakeholder relationships within the region to drive success. We are looking for candidates with experience and skills to proactively manage collaborative efforts across business groups and functional teams at multi levels. To be successful in this role you will be driven to inspire and influence change across the organization by demonstrating delivery against commitments and the value to the business by committing to implementing changes. The role can be based in Belgium, UK or France (alternative locations may be considered) and will require travel on quarterly basis.,
- Implement improvement opportunities that drive overall productivity of the departments
- Develop and execute the functional integration plan, identify, track and resolve issues and risks within the function
- Execute multiple improvement opportunities within SME and outside SME area
- Meet targets for productivity improvements and process improvements and prioritize these based on ROI
- Create process documentation and procedures to manage training of the business and to meet quality system requirements
- Contribute to establishing long-range organizational goals and strategies
- Actively contribute to developing a positive culture of continuous improvement across the organisation
Experience in Product and Process development - Project management experience
- Educational background in Science, Technology or Business
- Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Quality system and ISO regulations
- Ability to work in a highly matrixed organization
- Forward looking critical thinker, with ability to drill down into the details
