Full Job Description
- Leading the Cash & T&E Genpact process teams, to drive an efficient close, consistent with Cytiva policies and procedures during monthly/quarterly close process
- Identifying simplification and enhancement opportunities in accounting and reporting processes relating to Cash & T&E
- Actively supporting the Monthly/Quarterly close & reporting process for the Cytiva business including leading the preparation of balance sheet reporting and supplemental data requests for Cash in line with DHR guidelines
- Support global internal & external audits & SOXs.
Accounting or Finance Qualification for several years - Process improvement or project management experience
- Leadership experience: has experience leading team members balancing execution through others with inclusiveness, leveraging expertise, clear thinking, imagination, and external focus. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Strong analytical skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change
- Experience working in a matrix environment
