We seek a leader with expertise in Defence & Secure clients to drive growth, win business, and develop our consulting business in areas such as applications, cloud, and infrastructure transformation. This role also involves billable work, reflecting our commitment to close client collaboration. This role is hybrid working, with some travel to our UK offices and client sites, when required. What you will be doing:

  • Act as a Trusted Advisor to identify, develop, and capture consulting opportunities. Supporting Data and Process Transformation consultancy services into ADS clients.
  • Develop relevant value propositions to meet client needs
  • Inspire clients on data exploitation and bridging business outcomes with people, process, and technology.
  • Define detailed propositions to support winning and delivering work.
  • Build a robust pipeline and network with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure successful project delivery and invest in professional self-development.
  • What you'll bring:
  • Current DV clearance is essential.
  • Extensive experience in identifying and capturing consulting opportunities, particularly within the ADS sector.
  • Proven track record in developing and delivering value propositions tailored to client needs.
  • Expertise in data exploitation and bridging business outcomes with people, process, and technology.
  • Strong background in defining detailed propositions, including method statements and implementation plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a robust pipeline and network with stakeholders.
  • Experience in leading successful project delivery and continuous professional development in data and technology.
