Our Emission Services team helps clients tackle the challenges of reducing emissions through cutting-edge technologies and environmentally responsible practices, ensuring compliance with regulations while driving progress towards a cleaner future. As an Administrator within AVK's Emission Services team, you will play an essential role in supporting efforts to reduce environmental impact by streamlining administrative processes for projects aimed at emissions control. You will work alongside experts who are dedicated to helping clients implement innovative solutions that make a tangible difference in emission reduction. Your work will contribute directly to making data centres more sustainable, ensuring compliance with environmental standards.

  • Support the Emission Services team in the administrative management of projects that focus on emissions reduction and sustainability.
  • Organise documentation related to emissions control projects, ensuring files are always up-to-date and accessible.
  • Maintain project timelines, and regulatory submissions, supporting the team's mission to reduce environmental impact.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and communications that promote sustainable practices and emissions reduction.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure all administrative tasks related to emissions control projects are managed efficiently and in line with AVK's sustainability goals.

    Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally supporting technical or compliance teams.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM or work management tools.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage technical and compliance-related documentation.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work across different teams and departments.
  • A proactive approach to improving processes and managing multiple priorities.
  • A genuine interest in sustainability and emissions reduction is beneficial.
