Full Job Description
Known for your exceptional organisational skills and your love of delivering first class business services support, you'll provide a comprehensive administration service to the Regional Management and Consultancy teams. This role can be done in accordance with our Hybrid working guidance, please be aware there may be occasions where travel may be required for a particular circumstance or meeting. You'll be part of a team that covers Wales. We're looking for someone with a strong administrative skillset, able to turn their hand to whatever comes their way. You'll work closely with members of the Regional Management Team and the Consultancy on interesting and varied pieces of work, using your skills and expertise to support the delivery of the strategy. As well as looking after people's diaries and logistics, you'll be confident using a variety of IT packages to create reports, keep accurate records, and write timely and accurate internal/external communications. You'll have the ability to work with a wide range of team members and different disciplines across the region. This is a fantastic opportunity to broaden your skillset.,
- Relevant experience in a Business Support environment; along with facilities or office supervision responsibility
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Great team player
- Flexible and customer -focussed with strong customer service skills
- Able to multi-task and prioritise own workload
- Well organised and attention to detail
- Advanced IT Skills
