Business Studies Teacher

A Spectacular school near to Chessington are looking for a Business Studies Teacher to join them From January 2025!

This is a Maternity contract and will run until the end of the academic year, however there maybe the potential for the role to extend into Sept 25!
The Role of a Business Studies Teacher:
+ Teach Business Studies across KS3 and KS4
+ Starting January 2025, full time, until the end of term 6
+ Plan outstanding lessons that meet the needs of students of all abilities, supported by the current teacher
+ Monitor and access student progress, providing constructive feedback
+ Ensure positivity is at the heart of all interactions, promoting enriching learning environments
+ Work collaboratively with other staff members to contribute to the school community
The Ideal Business Studies Teacher will:
+ Be confident teaching Business Studies to KS3 & KS4 Level, potentially KS5
+ Hold a Teaching qualification (with QTS) or equivalent
+ Meet the learning needs of key identified groups, including HPAs or students with SEND
+ Be approachable, engaging and nurturing
+ Have strong behaviour management skills
+ NQTs/ECTs welcome to apply

+ Implement a curriculum that fosters a deep understanding of business concepts and prepares students academic success
