RPS are seeking a Part Time Business Support Administrator for our Water Consultancy team based in the Brighton office. We are looking for someone to support this busy and vibrant team who will be responsible for ensuring all day-to-day tasks run smoothly. This is a part time (20 hours per week) 12-month fixed term contract for Maternity Cover. About The Team: RPS Water Consulting is a team of Engineers, Modellers, and Data Analysts providing Asset Management and Operational Strategy development, to our Water Industry clients to support business planning and delivery. This is an evolving industry, providing challenges and opportunities that require innovation, dedication, and teamwork to help us meet our clients' needs. About You: You will work alongside the Office Manager and be supported by the wider Admin Team, following set procedures and processes to deliver an efficient service to our client and team members. Your Responsibilities

  • Invoicing and admin assistance with general office duties including filing, post, report typing, setting up project codes, processing weekly. timesheets/expenses forms and processing supplier invoices.
  • Supporting project teams with admin duties, car hire, travel arrangements.
  • Assist with Health and Safety procedures.
  • Assist with the Integrated Management System document control.

    Good administration and keyboard skills.
  • Experience of working in an Office Environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ideally familiar with MS Teams and SharePoint.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
  • Organised and self-motivated.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
