Full Job Description

Your role as Business Support Administrator will be to contribute to the efficient and effective operations of the home, this will include liaising with outside agencies, organising for prospective relatives/residents to visit the home, Occupancy Referrals, Admissions and Discharges, Collate payroll, timesheets and assisting with banking. You will provide an efficient and effective administrative service and support of the highest possible standard towards residents and relatives.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Support Administrator with excellent organisational and administrative skills to join our Business Support Team, spending the majority of your working days at Willett House Nursing Home and occasional cover within our remaining Bromley homes as and when required, therefore this would suit someone who has the use of a car. This is a diverse role where you will need to demonstrate the ability to manage your time effectively working to meet deadlines. You will also need to be confident and comfortable communicating with colleagues and external contacts., Accuracy is essential as you will be supporting the payroll function.

Excellent communication skills as you will be communicating through a variety of media verbal and written.

Good attention to detail.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.

Experience:

-Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

-NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Business and Administration (preferred)

-Computer literate and competent in use of Windows based software and systems (Outlook, Word, Excel)

-Previous experience working within the Care Sector or other regulated body (preferred)
