Full Job Description

You will be working as part of an administrative team, duties include: answering the telephone, liasing with services users, their families and other professionals, typing and formatting of assessments and all letters, managing appointments and clinic schedules. Data entry using an electronic patient record (Systmone). Using microsoft packages daily and working from a shared email inbox. Minuting MDT meetings and other professional meetings. You will have a Business Administrator as your line manager who will support you and the administration team in providing the admin function to the team. The tasks are varied and interesting and there is opportunity to get involved with projects and improvements.
