Full Job Description

To provide proactive and comprehensive administrative support to the Trust Equipment Department and associated teams. This includes liaising with other departments and services, and effectively responding toinquiries from service users, healthcare professionals, external agencies, and the public.,

  • To be responsible for the day-to-day administrative organisation for the Trust Equipment Department providing general clerical and administrative support including using the Trusts electronic asset and work order management system to receive, document and complete a variety of work requests for equipment breakdowns and repairs. Supporting the Trust Equipment Dept teams with admin processes & diary management where required, answering phones, taking messages, filing, photocopying, scanning, distribution of post etc.
