Business Support Team colleagues are aligned with regional directorates and collaborate closely with the Regional Director's office. There are currently three hubs and as listed below which support directorates in the delivery of regional priorities and statutory duties, The key objectives of the hubs are:

  • Deliver professional administrative support to directorates.
  • Provide a flexible resource to support delivery of regional priorities, reducing duplication, ensuring consistent application, and delivery of corporate governance requirements.
  • Ensures a fair distribution of support aligned to delivery of regional priorities.
  • Provide peer to peer support, shared learning, and flexible cross cover during planned and unplanned absence.
  • Provides development opportunities for staff through training and shadowing opportunities to support personal and professional growth., NHS England hold a Sponsor Licence; this means that we may be able to sponsor you providing the Home Office requirements are met. To be eligible for sponsorship through the Skilled Worker route you'll usually need to be paid the 'standard' salary rate of at least £38,700 per year, or the 'going rate' for your job, whichever is higher.
