Full Job Description

The Business Support function is an integral part of the overall management team in running the Meadowhall site (Main Shopping Centre, Oasis and surrounding lands sites) and their management of the centres service charges amounting to £21m, for the provision of common mall services (Maintenance / cleaning / security etc) for the benefit of all our occupiers. The Administrators role within this involves the initial formulation of budgets through to their dissemination and then supporting the team through procurement, payment and receipt management and onto the provision of management accounting information to assist in the ongoing management of the sites and then onto the final year end process and reporting (RICS reporting / audit). WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • The formulation of a detailed budget, three-year forecasts thereafter and quarterly reforecasts of the current year budget.
  • The provision of monthly management accounts with commentary and exception reporting to assist the on-site management team in decision making.
  • Supporting the management team with detailed analysis, portal and Qube queries and other financial support in the pursuit of their roles.
  • Procurement support for the team, assisting with supplier set up, tender exercises and the adherence to procurement guidelines (SSJS completion etc).
  • Facilitating order production and liaising with the central finance team for invoice matching, processing, payments and other intercompany charges and queries.
  • Production of the year end budget pack, supporting analysis and evidence to ensure the successful completion of the BDO financial audit.
  • Production of the year end service charge packs and commentary in fulfilment of the RICS rules on service charges.
  • Assist in the processing of procurement contracts via Portal.
