Full Job Description

WMCPC's Business Support Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support to key members of the WMCPC team., + To actively support the Programme Management with the administration of the service.
+ To support with administrative processes around effective management of the inbox.
+ To support prioritisation of Programme Management team calendars with professional commitments, managing diaries and being the contact point.
+ Typing of day-to-day correspondence and reports on behalf of the professionals working within WMCPC, using a PC with Windows based software, Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
+ Acting as a focal point for the team; liaising between stakeholders via face-to-face, telephone and written communication, instigating appropriate action, accordingly, as befits the sensitive and complex nature of the information involved, while communicating in a timely and effective manner.
+ Answering administration-related queries.
+ To report and prepare weekly progress updates and disseminate to the team.
+ Taking responsibility for the WMCPC mailbox ensuring that both professionals and external stakeholders receive a timely response to any queries or requests.
+ To assist in the organisation and smooth running of WMCPC meetings both internal and external, including ad hoc conferences/seminars. Administration responsibilities will involve taking minutes/action notes and .maintaining action log.
+ To work on own initiative with minimal supervision, prioritising own workload in line with objectives of the Senior WMCPC team.

Birmingham Women and Childrens NHS Trust is the Lead Provider for the largest Child Adolescent Mental Health Service Provider Collaborative in the country - The West Midlands CAMHS Provider Collaborative (WMCPC).
Within our geographical West Midlands catchment area there are 6 ICS' covering a population of approx. 6m. The PC is currently made up of 12 partners. Seven NHS Trusts and Five independent sector providers (ISPs). There are currently over 170 CAMHS Tier 4 beds across the West Midlands geography covering service lines - General Adolescent
(GAU); Psychiatric Intensive Care (PICU); Eating Disorder, Low Secure, Learning Disability and FCAMHS. Our WMCPC partners are also providers of CYP Community mental health services.
