Full Job Description

The post holder will support the Business Support Manager in the management of Care Group, Programme Board Committee level meetings as required, working closely with the Service Directors and their teams. This will include the collation, tracking and dissemination of papers, taking minutes and management of actions. The post holder will have particular responsibility for carrying out actions that support the governance arrangements within the Care Group., The purpose of the role is to provide excellent and comprehensive Business Administrative support to the Directors of the Unscheduled Care Group. This includes planning and organising complex activities and logistics, providing high level support to projects as required, dealing with confidential and sensitive information and communicating/liaising with Chair and Executives in Health Boards, the Offices of Cabinet Secretaries and Welsh Government Ministers, other colleagues in Welsh Government and wider partners/stakeholders, including the NHS Confederation.
