As a Business Support Apprentice, you will work closely with experienced administrative professionals to develop your skills and knowledge in office operations. This role is an entry-level position designed to provide you with on-the-job training and opportunities to learn about various administrative tasks and procedures. The primary objective is to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge related to office administration. This includes becoming proficient in various administrative tasks, software, and procedures. You will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative and clerical support to operational and office teams locally and nationally, as well as meeting and greeting external/internal clients. You will be assisting in streamlining and improving administrative processes and procedures to increase overall office efficiency. Our ideal Business Support Apprentice must have:

  • At least 5 GCSE's at C level or above (or equivalent) including English and Maths
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong technical ability in using MS Office software (Word, Excel and Power-Point) and other appropriate packages
  • Great organisational skills
  • It would be nice for you to have:
  • Administrative/PA experience
  • A strong willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
  • The ability to manage your own time and complete multiple tasks to deadlines.
