Full Job Description

We are seeking two highly organised and proactive Business Support Assistants to demonstrate a wide ranging skill set including highly developed administration skills, excellent IT skills, event planning and designing visually appealing media to support the corporate business and programme functions. The post holder will be responsible for contributing to the delivery of a range of corporate services, projects and events across Wessex to meet the innovation adoption agenda.
They will need to be experienced and confident in exercising initiative, diplomacy and confidentiality in communicating at all levels, both internally and across a wide range of stakeholders., Based at Southampton Science Park in Chilworth in a bright modern office easily accessible from the M3, M27 and Southampton Parkway train station, the location offers free parking with a café area and networking spaces on site. 27 acres of the Science Park site are designated a protected Conservation Area and open to staff.
