If it works for the service, we will do our best to make it work for you., The main duties will be to support colleagues across the region with commissioning, contracting, monitoring performance, improvement and relationship management. The post holder responsibilities will include providing support to senior managers and wider team members as appropriate, maintaining electronic filing systems and generic inboxes, collating data and reports, effectively using spreadsheets, undertaking data checking, facilitating meetings including collation of papers, taking minutes and following up actions, and arranging appointments. An ability to effectively communicate, use Microsoft office products and the ability to organise and prioritise their workload to meet deadlines is essential., · Undertaking administrative duties and diary management.
· Organising and planning of events as directed.
· Admin support and organisation to team meetings.
· Organise travel arrangements.
· Support team members in the collection of information.
· Flexible approach to work in line with the needs of the business.
· Act as a point of contact for stakeholders, dealing and responding effectively with complex queries from a wide range of stakeholders.
· Receive and distribute urgent and/or confidential communications from/to relevant parties in a timely appropriate manner.
· Handle routine correspondence and draft routine responses accurately and timely.
· Prepare agendas, take minutes, track and follow-up on actions and distribute meeting papers.
· Work collaboratively with other administrators/PA's across the organisations to provide and effective network of communication including dealing with visitors and being flexible to cover other administrators general duties.
· Support team members with on-boarding new starters.
