If it works for the service, we will do our best to make it work for you., The Diagnostics Team support Integrated Care systems to deliver the diagnostics transformation, specifically supporting network formation, review of clinical pathways and implementation of Community Diagnostic Hubs. The overall objective of the team is to improve outcomes and access to Diagnostics ensuring earlier diagnosis and connected patient records.
This role will provide programme and project management support to the Senior Diagnostic Transformation Managers as well as the wider NW Diagnostic Team, Senior Managers, Directors and stakeholders.
The post holder will work as part of a team in delivering an efficient and effective administrative support to the senior members of the team., + Undertaking all administrative duties sorting and prioritising emails from the NW Diagnostic mailbox where required and distributing as appropriate.
+ Managing the NW Diagnostic electronic diary for the team, including arranging and changing meetings prioritising these as appropriate.
+ Organising and planning events and meetings as directed, providing all necessary supporting materials and papers
+ Plan and co-ordinate appointments , including rearranging and prioritising as appropriate.
+ Organise travel arrangements for the wider team, booking rail and accommodation in line with policy
+ Prepare agendas, take minutes, track and follow up on actions and distribute notes of meetings.
+ Purchase orders and invoices on Oracle., In response to the Carter Reviews diagnostics work team was introduced, however following the Mike Richards review further investment was secured to increase the team size to manage the increased outputs for Diagnostics including delivery of Community Diagnostic Centres as well as the diagnostic pillar transformation. This role is part of the newly expanded team.
