Full Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference in the lives of young people with special educational needs, disabilities and social and emotional needs. Reporting to the PA to the Headteacher, you will join our fantastic SEND team provide a customer friendly service to pupils, staff, parents and visitors. You will assist staff with administration duties and procurement. Intermediate knowledge of MS Office 365, SIMS and experience of working in a busy, pressurised office is desired. Our SEND team are critical in supporting our students and school stakeholders. All staff at our school really want to make a difference to young people's lives. We are seeking a caring, reliable, organised person to provide high quality customer focused service. You will need to be articulate and able to deal sensitively with a variety of situations with teachers, pupils and parents. The ability to be clear and assertive whilst remaining calm, composed, tactful and flexible will be essential. You will be welcomed into a team of caring staff who are committed to ensuring every colleague and student can do their very best.

Part Time Business Support Assistant To start as soon as possible Part time, 15 hours a week (3 hours per day) 38 weeks a year Full time equivalent salary range: per annum: £25,992 - £28,624 Actual salary range for working 15 hours a week, 38 weeks a year: £8,811 - £9,703 per annum. Additional paid duties for break time supervision may also be available, You will be joining us at a very exciting time. Our sixth form has recently opened.
