We're looking for a dynamic Business Support Assistant to join our team! As a Business Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing efficient and effective administrative support. As our Business Support Assistant you'll be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our office and supporting key stakeholders by managing schedules, preparing documents, coordinating travel, and handling confidential information with the utmost integrity. As Business Support Assistant your role is vital in maintaining a professional, well-organised office environment that supports our business goals.

  • Proven experience in Office Admin or as a Personal Assistant
  • Strong diary management skills for multiple stakeholders - including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and booking travel
  • Ability to build positive relationships at all levels, from team members to board members
  • Professional and friendly telephone manner
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information responsibly
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Producing reports, presentations, and documents as needed
  • Attending meetings, taking notes, and assisting with follow-up tasks
  • Managing ad hoc projects and supporting various departments when required
  • Efficiently using resources to meet administrative service standards
