Full Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity within our Business Support Service for a Business Support Assistant to join our Family Time and Conference Service, providing essential support to the reception function and the day to day running of our Family Time and Conference Centres. This will involve meeting and greeting internal and external customers, resolving customer enquiries face to face and over the telephone, room bookings, processing of post, up-dating children's records, supporting with building enquiries and opening and closing of buildings.

Key skills we will be looking for in your personal statement include:
