Full Job Description

We are looking for a Business Support Co-Ordinator to join our Transfer of Care team based in Maidstone.

Our team supports hospitals with getting patients home to recover after a stay in hospital.

We are comprised of nurses, social workers and support staff. You will play a key role in supporting the service in an administrative capacity.

Main duties of the job

You will oversee the efficient and effective delivery of our service.

You'll act as a primary point of contact between managers and a facilitator between our service and stakeholders.

You'll need to be an excellent communicator, organised and pro-active in your approach. Strong IT skills will definitely be a must and a willingness to support your colleagues when needed.

Additional Working Pattern: 7.5 hours per day will include weekends
