Business Support Coordinator

To provide an effective administration function to the VolkerLaser Business with additional support to the VL Special Projects Division working from the Warrington office. The role will be working in the Business Support team ensuring control of all agreed admin and documentation in a manner consistent with VolkerLaser's processes and procedures. In addition to encouraging the business to use all relevant systems About you

• Maintain document control processes regarding non- revisable documents, ensuring appropriate capture and storage of soft and hard copy material, particularly to ensure all incoming and outgoing correspondence is logged, scanned and uploaded to Workspace/Asite according to the project protocol
• Prepare meeting rooms for important meetings, ensuring all required equipment/refreshments are available
• Assist the document controller and be able to provide holiday/sickness cover for key doc control task
• Process site waste management plans, lesson learnt, close calls and events, raise NCRs etc on behalf of the site teams
• Assist with booking hotels, trains and flights
• Process expenses as and when required for operatives and Senior Managers where necessary
• Produce reports as and when required
• Input weekly timesheets for operatives
• Handling ICT requests for returning or ordering of equipment
• Ordering of goods i.e. Sundries for office, PPE etc
• Assist with Sentinel Administration where required
• Manage meeting room bookings and allocations
• Process subcontractor payments where required
• Assist Business Support Lead with high level reporting to the VL Special Divisions
• Assist with Management where required along with general administrative duties including Data entry
• Become a Superuser for systems i.e. 4PS, Eco-online, Asite etc
