Full Job Description

  • We are looking for a Business Support Executive to join our MMB Business. You will be an essential part of a highly skilled team by collaborating with our client facing colleagues, providing administrative support to senior consultants.
  • The Business Support Executive will be supporting a number of consultants within MMB across locations in the UK.
  • This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
  • Responsibilities include providing ongoing support to stakeholders and colleagues within the Business Support Team as demand requires.
  • Proactive diary management and organisation for senior colleagues whom you support.
  • Proactive organisation of external client and internal stakeholder meetings with prompt interaction and professionalism.
  • Provides comprehensive administrative support to colleagues within your remit as required e.g. creating engaging documents, e-packs, expenses, end to end travel.
  • Oversees and proactively organises external client or internal stakeholder meetings - demonstrating professionalism and prompt interaction at all times.
  • Manages design input as needed for optimal presentation of materials.
  • Overseeing physical/electronic production of documents, gathering required inputs.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and usage of the appropriate platforms
  • Supports the business with financial management activities as required - e.g. processing supplier invoices, project management support for complex billing cases and other ad hoc requests

  • Comprehensive Microsoft Office proficiency. You will mainly use Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong communication skills. You will collaborate with colleagues who are remote so the ability to communicate effectively is key.
  • Exceptional time management skills. Although this role is highly collaborative, your work is also self-directed so you will need to effectively manage your time.
  • Ability to multi-task to meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail is critical to ensure we're providing accurate information to stakeholders
