Our new trust website is: Home | North London Mental Health Partnership, The post holder will be responsible for managing the office and complex work programme of the Crisis Hub ensuring appropriate governance arrangements are in place. The post holder will take a lead role in the development and maintenance of administrative systems and processes within the team.

The post holder will provide support to the Operational Manager in relation to divisional meetings/events, communications, projects and oversee activities/data relating to quality and clinical governance.

The post holder will have the skills to provide analysis on complex data in different formats as well as being able to manipulate and present data in an appropriate way for its audience. They will be able to lead on policy development for their own area as well as other areas across the division.

The post holder will demonstrate excellent organisational skills and the ability to use their own initiative to effectively prioritise own workload and that of the team to deliver to an integrated agenda. Direct liaison between the post holder, partnership organisations and key stakeholders demands the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion., Responsible for the management of effective administrative services within the Crisis Hub by ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided; relevant systems, processes and procedures and auditing of administrative services are undertaken efficiently and effectively.
Oversee activities relating to quality and clinical governance to ensure the Crisis Hub is supported to meet organisational and CQC standards., Providing direct support to the Operational Manager and Senior Service Lead in driving forward the strategic plans for the service.
Responsible for the on-going review and development of administrative systems and processes across the team.
Be the central point of administrative contact and oversight for the Crisis Hub, advising, referring, prioritising and dealing with requests and problem solving as appropriate. This requires dealing with the public and staff at all levels.
