Full Job Description

Lead the Business Support team and ensure processes are embedded and followed
Identify areas for improvement and design, implement and monitor change plans
Ensure new business documentation issued to customers is correct and issued in a timely manner
Ensure our Customer Relationship Management system (Sage CRM) is updated and maintained, enabling Management Information to be reported to the leadership team correctly
Ensure that colleagues are supported; logging leads, updating CRM, issuing offer letters, issuing legal documents, completing searches, managing pipelines, requesting limits on Bad Debt Protection, on-boarding new customers, managing updates on Dancerace, completing review searches
Maintain communication with the leadership and sales teams in order to efficiently and effectively progress the sales pipeline to completion
Assist the Relationship Management team in preparation of in-life customer credit and AML reviews
Maintain customer records and ensure facilities operate to the appropriate parameters at both onboarding and in life

Experience in various administrative or specialist support roles where you have dealt with high volumes of work and needed to manage work loads
Exposure to leading activity within your previous roles
Some experience with generating legal documents within the Financial Services industry
Ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders at various levels
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong eye for detail, specifically when it comes to data protection and AML regulation
Basic understanding of Financial Crime and AML regulations and experience in Invoice Finance would be an advantage
