"EDUCATION HELP SERVICES LTD" is seeking a dedicated and efficient Business Support Officer to join our dynamic team. The Business Support Officer will play an integral role in providing administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of our educational support services. This role involves managing office tasks, supporting training project coordination, and contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our service delivery., 1. Administrative Support:

  • Manage daily office operations, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.

  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.


  • 2. Project Coordination:
  • Support the Project Coordinator in managing training projects, ensuring timelines are met and resources are effectively allocated.

  • Maintain detailed records of training activities, participant information, and project milestones.


  • 3. Client Interaction:
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing information about our training programs.

  • Assist in the coordination and delivery of training sessions, ensuring a positive experience for all participants.


  • 4. Data Management:
  • Maintain and update client databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.

  • Prepare and analyze data reports to support decision-making and project evaluations.


  • 5. Financial Administration:
  • Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and financial record-keeping related to training projects.

  • Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.


  • 6. Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure all administrative processes comply with company policies and industry regulations.

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our services.


  • 7. Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with team members to support various projects and initiatives.

  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, fostering open communication and teamwork.

    · Master's degree in Education, MBA, Project Management, or a related field.

  • · Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or Business Support Officer in an educational context.
    · Strong project management skills, including experience with project management tools and methodologies.
    · Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
    · Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and results.
    · Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other related software.
