Full Job Description

A Business Support Officer plays a crucial role in facilitating the smooth operation of a team and/or project by providing administrative, logistical, and operational support., • Provide day-to-day administrative support on tasks such as conducting research, arranging meetings, maintaining accurate records, data input
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Support and guidance to colleagues on our relevant systems, policies and processes.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
• Assist in the organization of events, conferences, and other networking activities
• Support in the preparation and distribution of project documentation and reports
• The role may involve occasional travel within the district, potentially with overnight stays to attend meetings., Within part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016, it is essential that applicants should have the ability to provide conversation in accurate spoken English. Essential Professional and Technical experience
• Relevant experience working in an administrative role
• Proven ability to work with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Competent IT user with experience in MS Office suite of applications.
• Experience in supporting colleagues within a team environment.
Desirable Professional and Technical experience
• Ability to analyse data
