Full Job Description

By acting as a fully integrated administrative member of the Team you will ensure patient safety and quality of patient care by supporting management with the provision and development of resources, services and opportunities for professionals who are educated, trained, and motivated to play their part in providing a first class modern health service.

You will work closely with clinical and professional colleagues to support the delivery of the existing and planned associated work streams, aligned to the priorities set out within the People Plan and NHSE Mandate.,

  • Organise and manage documentation for meetings and events, including preparation of agendas and minutes of meetings, tracking actions and timeframes as appropriate.

  • Ensure the Director's team have been briefed and have the required documentation for all meetings/events.

  • Provide effective diary management for Directors, ensuring that appointments are planned and coordinated, and run to schedule.

  • Develop and maintain effective electronic and paper filing systems, to ensure information is kept securely and is accessible to other members of the team.

  • Flexible approach to work in line with the needs of the business.

  • Ensure appropriate and timely responses to all relevant correspondence.

  • Act as administration lead for all incoming issues to Directors and shared mailboxes, dealing with these appropriately and in a timely manner.

  • Work with the Head of Office and team to develop, improve and implement business processes
