Working closely with the Director of Communications and the wider senior leadership team, you will lead a number of bespoke initiatives aimed at improving our processes and ensuring we are run as efficiently as possible. This is a challenging role working with senior leaders in an extremely high-profile organisation at a time of significant change, so flexibility and determination are a must. The roles key responsibilities include:

  • Organise and supervise the team's administration functions and provide day-to-day admin support for the senior leadership team (SLT) to ensure that priority and urgent business is effectively managed.
  • Work closely with the Director of Communications to drive forward bespoke organisational projects, including L&D initiatives and change management.
  • Support the effective and efficient management of the team's budget and act as the key point of contact for all finance matters.
  • Take responsibility for day-to-day management of key contracts and relationships with suppliers.
  • Ensure the effective and efficient management of HR processes such as learning and development, recruitment, and induction.
  • Work with the SLT to deliver our programme of learning and development across the team.
  • Co-ordination of quarterly departmental budget reviews and reporting
  • Broader ad hoc administrative support to the Director of Communications and SLT
