Full Job Description

We are looking for two dedicated and enthusiastic Business Support Officers to work in our small but very busy Team. As a Business Support Officer you will provide efficient business support to the service. You will be required to work collaboratively with colleagues, partners, and other stakeholders to meet service needs.

  • Effective and proficient diary management, particularly on the use of outlook;

  • Effective communication with Partners;

  • Taking minutes of meetings and providing the administration surrounding that;

  • Experienced in the use of the electronic system for invoice payments etc. or training can be provided around this;

  • You will need to have a good understanding of IT systems;

  • Be able to work under your own initiative as well as part of a team.


  • You will be working in a small but busy team and will need to be well organised and you should be able to work well alone, as well as part of a team., Your style and approach will reflect our values and behaviours: you will be committed to continually learning & improving the way you do things to ensure effective outcomes; valuing and respecting others' contribution, you will work together to deliver service; you will take ownership of your actions and strive to getting things right first time and learn from when things do go wrong; you will enjoy taking personal responsibility to resolve issues and change what you do and how you do it to make a difference.
