Business Support Officer - Dartford & Gravesham

Children's Social Work Services (CSWS) are responsible for the safeguarding and welfare of vulnerable children, young people and their families,

• Provide administrative and operational support to the social work team.
• "live" minutes using a laptop
• Manage schedules, appointments, and communications with clients and team members.
• knowledge of MS Office packages and the ability to use dedicated database applications.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with policies and regulations., This post is considered by KCC to be a customer-facing position. The Council therefore has a statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) to ensure that post holders have a command of spoken English/Welsh sufficient for the effective performance of the job requirements. The appropriate standards are set out in the Job Description/Person Specification.
  
  Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
