What will you be doing?

Working alongside our colleagues in the Housing Quality Team, you will lead a team of Business Support Officers working across a range of systems to provide robust business support to the Housing Solutions service.

This will include maintaining record and data management systems, collating and analysing data, collecting information from customers, and coordinating enquires.

You don't need experience across all aspects of the job as that will form part of your development journey, but you will need to demonstrate effective supervisory skills as this is central to the role.

You'll need to have a solutions driven and adaptable approach to working, thrive in a busy environment with a positive approach to challenges!

You will have previous experience of with experience of working in a busy office environment, and using IT systems effectively, including case management systems and financial systems. You will be able to smoothly manage the business support processes whilst being able use your own initiative to 'think outside of the box'. You will have good written and verbal skills, and you will have experience writing reports and minutes.
