  • Preparing documents for Court (collating court lists and outcomes, chasing partner agencies for information prior to court, liaising with other Local Authorities for out of area young people, and more).
  • Accurately recording on case management systems.
  • Purchasing items for your team (ordering resources, booking interpreters / venues).
  • Ensuring data quality (making changes to information on the systems to fit reporting requirements and guarantee accuracy).

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, providing invaluable professional support to Youth Justice staff in the district. Qualities we are looking for in candidates include proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams), excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise and proactively manage your workload whilst responding to urgent requests and deadlines. Having pride in your work, strong IT and administrative skills, and an aptitude for learning are integral to this role.
