Full Job Description

We are offering an excellent opportunity for someone to become part of a wonderful, inclusive team. As a crucial member, you will contribute to the smooth functioning of our operations by providing essential support in daily activities as well as supporting a Director and the wider support team. Key tasks/Responsibilities:

  • Deal with incoming e-mails, and day to day enquiries
  • Coordinating and supporting meetings and events
  • Organisation of travel and accommodation
  • Co-ordinate complex calendars and schedules to ensure effective time management and prioritisation of engagements where necessary
  • Manage the starter/leaver process for employees
  • Providing site support including maintaining stationary and stock levels, managing post and parcels, ensuring meeting rooms are maintained
  • Maintain office systems, including data management
  • Supporting the Business Support Managers and Business Support Partners with adhoc requests.

    We are looking for someone who enjoys being part of a team but can also thrive working independently and who is enthusiastic.
  • We are seeking a candidate with prior experience as a personal assistant or in a comparable role. Someone who has outstanding organisational skills and is able to support an individual as well as the wider team. As well as this, someone who:
  • Embodies excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and an ability to interact effectively, courteously and professionally both within internal and external customer communities.
  • Able to prioritise workload and complete work within agreed timescales to outstanding quality requiring minimal rework/no rework.
  • A strong personality and credibility to act on behalf of the Directors / managers as required
  • Ability to 'think on feet' and make last minute decisions working within pressurised situation
