Full Job Description

We are excited to be recruiting for a Business Support Team Lead within the Organisational Development (OD) team at UHS. In this role you will lead a business support function across a broad range of OD programmes and projects, working closely with OD practitioners and teams within the wider organisation. We are looking for a creative, innovative and committed individual who can continue to work with us in delivering the meaningful work we have started in staff experience, engagement, inclusion, leadership development and culture across the Trust., The successful candidate will provide business support and project management support for day to day business and
relevant ad-hoc projects. They will need to be highly organised to successfully support across a portfolio of programmes and projects.
