Full Job Description

GSK are currently looking for a Business Process Manager to join our team at GSK House or Poznan Hub. The Business Process Manager is responsible for leading the development, improvement and maintenance of the core business processes used by External Manufacturing, whilst ensuring alignment to 2030 Digital Strategy. The role is responsible for ensuring the processes are optimized, creating collaboration and synergy across External Manufacturing. The Business Process Manager is accountable for ensuring the External Manufacturing processes across the X-Matrix operational teams are clearly defined and in-line with GSK policy. The role will focus on the discovery of digital solutions built on these robust processes to create more value for GSK and the patient through improved analytics.,

  • Review existing core processes to ensure compliance, efficiency and effectiveness aligned to overall strategy and IPTc objectives
  • Design, develop and implement improvements in core functional business processes and where applicable apply digital solutions.
  • Lead cross functional teams including the EM PQTS+ X-matrix teams and global process to successfully deliver key projects
  • Provide coaching and support to External Manufacturing to help increase Citizen Digital Capability
  • Use effective stakeholder management and influencing skills across Global Processes, External Manufacturing and GSC to create E2E alignment
  • Documentation of all business processes mapped within External Manufacturing
  • Process maps, guidelines, templates etc. Design and develop performance management guidelines for business process across EM
  • Stakeholder mapping - identification of key interfaces between EM and the organisation
  • Design and implement key organizational process improvement activities using ADP, GPS and RCA to facilitate standardization, performance measurement and External Manufacturing processes
  • Design, develop, test and implementation of key systems

  • Degree qualified in a relevant field
  • Process management and compliance experience gained in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare or FMCG Environment.
  • Proven ability to develop and deploy digital solutions using Microsoft power platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to forge close business relationships with internal stakeholders at management level.
  • Networking skills to establish wide range of contacts within GMS
  • Strong knowledge of GSK Business Processes
  • Fluency in English
