Full Job Description

The role will be responsible for a range of activities with the purpose of identifying and managing requirement to deliver effective systems solutions to the business. You will liaise with stakeholders to identify their systems requirements, in addition to evaluating and exploring every aspect of our operation to identify key areas to improve the efficiency of the organisation. This includes creating reports and other documentation outlining your findings and solutions. You will also be responsible for overseeing implementation and training on these systems.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to demonstrate the knowledge of and involvement in business or systems improvement projects following standard project methodologies; and will have experience of project coordination following agile methodologies and working with business systems. A solid understanding and knowledge of consulting with stakeholders to identify requirements (user stories) into a clear and concise specification for both technical and non-technical understanding is essential, as well as audit liaison and system control maintenance.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in providing training with relevant documentation to business users.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills to communicate technical and non-technical information with various stakeholders both internal and external to the business; together with strong verbal and written skills, problem solving skills, the ability to work effectively within, and across, project teams and be highly organised. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a high quality of work, adaptability, take initiative and always strive for continuous improvement.

This role is full time, 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday on the admin flexi pattern. The starting salary for this role commences at grade C10, which currently equates to £35,276. Additional benefits include a competitive pension scheme, bonus, Westfield health membership and a life assurance scheme.
