BUSINESS SYSTEMS MANAGER - OAK FACADES SOLIHULL OR UXBRIDGE What you will be doing: An opportunity has arisen for a Business Systems Manager to join the team at Galliford Try within our Oak Facades Business. Ideally, you will based in or around the Solihull or Uxbridge area for this role.

  • Liaise with the project team to ensure that the IM Plans are initiated and completed at all project stages, including Archive
  • Ensure all BMS / IM Procedures are adhered to at all project stages
  • Provide training and support to all Site Teams
  • Provide training to Client, Design and Supply Chain Teams
  • Working with Quality Team and audit projects regularly and raise relevant NCR's
  • Offer suggestions to the Viewpoint for Projects System Manager on any system improvements
  • Build projects from the Master template following the completion of the IM Plan and Viewpoint for Projects Workspace Request
  • Configure the project workflows
  • Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company standards & information naming protocols (MIDP & TIDP)
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure document compliance
  • Daily interface with in-house designers, Design managers & commercial teams
  • Managing RFI's, Tech Subs, Drawings & Specification releases against delivery programmes
  • Support and resolve escalated user issues
  • Resolve any system issues
  • Produce quarterly project Audit reports to BU leadership team
  • Ensure projects are set up in line with the Field View Best Practice Guidance
  • Working with the BU Operations team to initiate the FV Project request form
  • Liaise with the FV systems manager to establish system requirements
  • Ensuring that the Quality Plan and ITP contain sufficient information to establish the FV workspace
  • Assess project requirements for tablet devices with the BU Operations team and request devices where required through I.T
  • Support teams with downloading projects onto tablet devices
  • Manage upload and calibration of drawings in line with ITP requirements
  • Assign BMS forms in line with ITP requirements, identify project specific e-forms required and agree with project team
  • Invite users to the correct security groups
  • Provide BU on-site training to the Operations team
  • Manage the project workspace to ensure compliance with GT processes
  • Create project reports in line with the records requirements identified in the ITP
  • Create project audits
  • Ensure that all forms and tasks are complete prior to project handover
  • Export final report to enable the Operations team to close out the Quality Plan and ITP
  • About You:
